Moot Court

Florida Undergraduate Moot Court is a student-led organization, created to provide undergraduate students with a space to develop essential legal skills, including legal research, brief writing, and oral advocacy.

What is Moot Court?

A simulated Supreme Court argument where teams of two represent either the petitioner or respondent in a hypothetical case with a constitutional issue. Participants draft a legal brief and present oral arguments before a panel of judges, often composed of legal professionals.
